• Farm animals are animals that are raised on a farm.
• These are tamed and kept by humans as work animals, food source or pets.
• Various types of farm animals are –

• Most of the domestic animals are greatly devoted to their masters.
• Our domestic animals are quite friendly to us.
• They do very useful jobs for our benefit. Hence, we should treat them with all kindness.
• According to a study,farm animals like cows, horses, pigs become restless before earthquake.
• In 2008, the China Nutrition Society declared yak milk to contain more amino acids, calcium and vitamin A than cow milk.
• The eyes of horse are bigger than any other land mammal, which helps them to see almost 360 degree.
